How can i track my shipment?
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
*If you’ve just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Support Team at contact@woovn.com and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.
Can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@woovn.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship it to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
